Anyway, this 1996 Tyco Cookie Monster is in excellent condition with a very clean battery compartment. He speaks, laughs, and shakes perfectly. There are a few light scuffs on his eyes (being that he is almost 30 years old), and the faint outline of a child’s name on the tag.
