Who does not want to go to a place where everybody knows your name? Well, unless you either have agoraphobia or are incredibly introverted. Also, for some students, detention may be a place where people know your name, and you may not want to go there either. But all that aside, we all know that Cheers is the bar where every blue-collar working man would love to go where, yes, everyone knows your name. Well, there really does happen to be a bar called “Cheers” and it really is in Boston, Massachusetts. However, as I learned in disappointment over two decades ago, it was just the facade of the bar that was used in the popular television show. Regardless, this mug represents the opening sequence in a beautifully artistic way and would be a great addition to somebody’s coffee drinking supply or for that fan of Cheers.
