I would call this sink brand new except that it was installed when the house was being built. It was not at all the style that was desired so, as soon as movin occurred, the sink was removed and another was put in. So, yes, I suppose it is basically brand new. If you are needing to replace a sink, are updating a bathroom, are getting an airbnb ready for rental, then perhaps saving yourself a bit of coin and picking this up, so I can move it out, and you can save a bunch of money and get a very decent like-new sink, is just the way to go.
There is no issue with it. It is in excellent condition and looks brand new.
