This Bob Timberlake piece was painted originally in 1973. His numbered prints of this work sell for well over $1,000. This tapestry features that same work if art and was purchased at his gallery in Lexington, N.C.
The scene depicts Bald Head Island on the North Carolina coast. The house is the former Coast Guard Station at Bald Head Island and was occupied by Captain Charlie Swan.
This tapestry/rug/blanket (however you choose to use it) is perfect decor for a coastal or beach themed home and/or rental.
It is in excellent condition with a few strands of the fringe missing.
