Description
This antique (over 120 years old) water pitcher was created between 1900 to 1905 by Northwood Glass, made of amethyst glass in a scalloped collar pattern. This pitcher has been hand enameled with white daisies, and tiny blue flowers, and green foliage in the “Enameled Daisy” pattern and is in exceptional condition. Every daisy in leaf and stem was hand painted before the glass pieces before its final firing.

As a special note to potential buyers/collectors, you can certainly use these pieces practically for the very purpose for which they were made, but when it comes to washing never place these pieces in a dishwasher or submerge them in hot water. The enameled paint is baked onto the surface layer and can potentially peel, especially after more than 100 years. Wash them strictly by hand with lukewarm water and a drop of mild dish soap.
