With their footed base and a tulip-shaped rim and made of thick glass, these vintage 1970s sundae fountain bowls would have some fun stories to tell if only they could speak, or had a brain in which they could capture and maintain memories and process thought. But anthropomorphizing vintage decades-old soda fountainware is not what I’m here to do. I am simply here to present you the offer of getting these epic bowls for yourself and giving new life to half-century old vessels of joy that would have been placed (though they appear too clean to have even really been used) in front of smiling children and adults the same, possibly in a kitchen with burnt orange shag carpet and avocado green appliances.
