Description
The only issue with this 75 year old book is the “whitening” on the front cover. Everything else is pristine. The book is unused and contains spaces for every major variety of United States AND Confederate State stamps. Each space is marked with catalogue number of stamp belonging therein as listed in the 1947 edition of the Standard Postage Stamp Catalogue.
